How To Make Mushroom Risotto
Step 1:
We begin the preparation of our mushroom risotto, for this, in a saucepan over medium heat, add the olive oil until hot, then add the onion and garlic and cook for a couple of minutes, then add the mushrooms, salt and pepper and cook for about 8 minutes more.
Step 2:
Add the rice and let it cook for a couple of minutes, then add the white wine, let all the alcohol evaporate and then gradually add the vegetable broth (first cover and when we see that there is almost no liquid left, add more broth, repeat the process until the rice is done and with a creamy texture, the approximate cooking time is 18 to 20 minutes).

When the rice is almost done, add the butter and Parmesan cheese, stir and our mushroom risotto is ready, I hope you enjoy it.
Tips for preparing Mushroom Risotto
When serving the mushroom risotto, you can add some chives on top for decoration.
As for the mushrooms, you can use the mushrooms of your choice, in this recipe we use white mushrooms and portobello.
